Rooted Insight is the work of slowly coming home to the body, held by someone who has spent years learning how to listen for that quiet voice.
I'm a lifelong movement practitioner with nearly three decades of experience helping people reconnect with themselves through the body. My path has woven through yoga, somatic awareness, nervous system education, sound healing, and microdosing support, and it kept returning me to one realization: insight is valuable, but lasting change asks for more than understanding alone.
For me, the shift came through slowing down, listening differently, and making space for what was underneath, learning to meet life's thresholds with awareness, compassion, and trust. Rooted Insight grew from that.
Today I weave together somatic practices, nervous system support, yoga, and mind-body coaching, creating space where awareness deepens, insight unfolds, and meaningful change settles into everyday life.
You can know the story, and still long for something different. This work is for those who sense there is more available, more ease, more presence, more joy.
The container I offer is shaped by a small handful of beliefs I keep returning to.
Insight without embodiment is just another way to stay in your head. We move at the pace your nervous system can actually metabolize.
The fastest sustainable change is the one your body trusts. We work in layers, not leaps, and we honor your existing intelligence.
Consent, transparency, and titration are non-negotiable. Whatever you bring, we'll meet it with care and without pressure.
My work draws from over 25 years of yoga and meditation practice, polyvagal theory, mind-body coaching, sound, and a long personal apprenticeship to the natural world. I'm continually training, because this work doesn't graduate.
I hold certifications in mind-body coaching, sound facilitation, breathwork, trauma-informed yoga and microdosing integration, developmental trauma, and chakra studies, and I work in close consultation with mentors and peers. The most important credential, though, is my own life experience and my daily practice.
